7/23/16 - Longmont, CO

This morning we went to the farmers market at the fairgrounds.  We walked over to it at 8 am.  We bought green beans, onions, tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, bell pepper, eggs, sweet rolls and some garlic-spinach-salmon dip.  We also had breakfast there. We shared a breakfast burrito smothered in green chili sauce and a chicken tamale with red sauce.  

Anne-Alex and Kevin came to camp and we drove to Button Rock Preserve to do a little hiking.  I had a very hard time -- it was 100 degrees today and the hike was in the sun.  Part was flat along a stream and then the trail went into the forest but it was still sunny.  The uphill hike in the altitude and the heat really got to me.  After returning to the car we went into Longmont to Pump House Brewing.  Then they brought us back to the Casita and we sat outside for awhile before they left for their home.
