This morning we talked to another couple who had
stayed the night in our campground with their Casita. They were from Terrell, Texas.
We hooked up and so did Wanda and Jerry. They are headed to the Kansas Casita rally. We are headed up the road to Taylor Lake and
Lakeview Campground. This campground
has electricity. After getting the only non-reservable site we unhooked and then drove to the little town of Tin Cup and
then up to Mirror Lake. It rained off
and on all day and driving on the dirt and gravel roads really got the
Silverado dirty. We went into the
cemetery at Tincup. This cemetery has
four different knolls. One is for Jewish, two for Catholics and one for
Protestants. Jim and Jerry went to
these places a couple of days ago and Jim wanted me to see them. I was never so glad to get back. The road was really rocky and it was a tough
drive. On the way back to camp I
finally got to see a moose. For dinner
I made Hatch enchiladas in the skillet on top of the stove. They turned out really good.
